I think I've found the bug, great test case. I need to test the
fix and also it needs to go through our QA (review/testing etc.).
This bug is triggered if a split of a node takes place and that node
has only one row/rec. This leads to an empty page being created
and the assertion catches that. This is very rare and was triggered
because of the small block size (1) in the test case.
